SUNSETS AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

    I have been doing photography for about 3 years now, and I can tell you that I always rely on natural light to take my pictures. Yet I have an absolute obsession with sunsets and what they mean. There is this juxtaposition between the sunrise where the light begins to break, and the sunset as the sky becomes ablaze with all the troubles of the day and all the inconveniences and just like that, you say goodbye to the day and prepare yourself for another moment. I have fallen in love with the idea of sunsets, not only because they are aesthetically beautiful, but also because of their meaning to me. Life has taught me to live every single day for that day's worth, to take in every moment, and appreciated every occurrence. Sunsets for me are the end of a page. Everything that the day threw at me ended with a period, leaving the audience (me) curious as to what the next page will bring.
